15 Seconds Egg Roll

Telur Gulung Today's menu is 'Telur Gulung'. It's basically a fried eggroll on a stick sold by street vendors in Indonesia. (I've never been there yet haha) Once you master the technique, you should be able to make one in 15 seconds, but I had to try couple of times before I could get it right. Quick but not so easy. It tastes similar to crispy edges on 'tamagoyaki' or 'gyeranmari'. For the sauce, I just mixed some ketchup and sweet chili sauce.
