SNETTERTON - RACE 2 - TWINS - Club Racing 2026 - RACE 2

(Race 2/3)(23rd on Grid)(Fin 9th in Class, 17th Overall) Started to get into it more in this one. L.Bennie (28 Supertwin) was back on our grid after trouble with her Next-Gen Sportbike. After the battles we had last year, it was a return to form. She had been putting in fast times on her Next-Gen R7, and honestly I thought after a couple of corners I'd probably lose her. But we had a bit of a battle. My weakest point, embarassingly weak, is the last 3/4 corners, which is evident in these videos. But, after having bike problems on all 3 Friday practice sessions, the Aprilia was going well and was rocketing out of corners. After L.Bennie came past into the last corner once, I decided to concede this corner, went extra slow a lap later to force her to pass, then had a test to see if I could get back past before the finish line. Not how I like to race, I'd rather do a nice overtake, but with the long straights at Snetterton, I'd set up for drive out of corners.
