There's nothing worse than nagging pain that NEVER goes away. So a few weeks ago I said enough is enough, grabbed a lacrosse ball and beat the hell out of the massive knot I had in my back.
Then to my surprise, just a couple weeks later, the pain I had been dealing with for YEARS in my elbow/shoulder was gone.
