Myself Dr. Vakeel Khan, and in this video, I have explained in detail how the water we drink gets converted into urine — a process known as water digestion and urine formation (पानी पीने के बाद यूरिन/पेशाब में कैसे बदल जाता है). In this journey through the human body, I have covered all the important organs and structures involved in this process. Starting from the Oral Cavity (मुखगुहा) and Pharynx (ग्रसनी/गला), the water passes through the Esophagus (ग्रासनली) into the Stomach (आमाशय/पेट). From there, it moves to the Small Intestine (छोटी आंत) and Large Intestine (बड़ी आंत), where absorption begins. The absorbed water enters the bloodstream via the Portal Vein (पोर्टल शिरा) and is processed by the Liver (यकृत/जिगर) and stored temporarily in the Gallbladder (पित्ताशय). Through the Inferior Vena Cava (निचली महाशिरा), water-rich blood reaches the Heart (हृदय) and is pumped to the Lungs (फेफड़े) for oxygenation, and then back to the heart again. From there, the Aorta (महाधमनी) distributes this blood to the rest of the body, including the Pancreas (अग्न्याशय) and the Kidneys (दायां और बायां गुर्दा). In the kidneys, with the help of millions of Nephrons (नेफ्रॉन) and structures like the Calyx (कैलिक्स/प्याली), water is filtered and converted into urine. The urine then travels through the Ureter (मूत्रवाहिनी) to the Urinary Bladder (मूत्राशय), where it is stored, and finally excreted through the Urethra (मूत्रमार्ग).
