Soha Ali shared that she already knew several of her co-actors before the project began. She mentioned that she had known Kunal Kapoor since their work connected to the film Rang De Basanti, and she had also met Aamir Khan earlier. She added that she had previously worked with Sharman Joshi as well. However, she first met Siddharth Narayan and Alice Patten when the film started. Speaking about Siddharth, Soha said his role in the film was very important and that he performed it extremely well. She described him as a young, fresh, and very versatile actor who can handle comedy, serious, and dramatic roles with equal ease. She also mentioned that Siddharth understands his work very quickly and has strong technical knowledge about filmmaking.
