DEPRECIATION DISASTER! Revealing the Supercar BUBBLE's HIDDEN TRUTH

The supercar market is in dire straights; the bubble has burst and depreciation is hitting these cars like never before... or is it!? There's a lot to dissect, from what's going on with values and how much money have I lost on some of these cars? Here are my thoughts on the topic of the dreaded d-word. The last 24 month period has seen a major cooling off from the high values seen in the prior years that had followed the post-pandemic spike. Many look at cars like the latest crop of hybrid supercars and see values coming down and there are many reasons for it; geopolitical, over production, loss of exclusivity, electrification, increased usability and so much more. Let's get into this a bit more, and try to understand from my experience what's got us to this point. One of the most often discussed cars is the Ferrari SF90 Stradale; where it's fairly well documented that the values have come down significantly from new. But let's get into how that actually compares to cars I've owned myself, with some real data and numbers to understand it.
