Eric Eversole, Environmental Lands Stewardship Coordinator with Parks and Natural Resources talks about Water, Wings and Wild Things. Water, Wings and Wild Things KIDS Festival is for second grade students in Central Florida. The free event is designed to engage and inspire students to love science and the natural world around them. During this one-day event, students learn about local natural resources, their impact on the environment, and careers in science. This outdoor festival allows students to travel in groups with their teacher/chaperone exploring different vendor booths focused on environmental and conservation issues.
