Mango Matki Ice cream Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Aam (Mango) cubes 2 Cups -Condensed milk 1/2 Cup or to taste -Doodh (Milk) ¾ Cup -Cream 2 Cups -Mango essence 1 tsp -Pista (Pistachios) sliced Directions: -In a blending jug,add mango,condensed milk,milk,cream,mango essence & blend well. -Pour into matki,tap few times,sprinkle pistachios,cover & seal with aluminium foil & freeze for 10-12 hours or overnight in freezer (makes 6-8).
