Problems persist at troubled apartment complex on Indy's south side

Surveillance video recorded by a neighbor at a troubled Indianapolis apartment complex captured squatters using a car to break into a vacant apartment unit. It happened March 5 at Laurelwood Apartments. In the video, a pair of squatters can be seen checking windows and door handles before trying another way inside a vacant unit. They eventually pull an SUV up next to the building, climb onto the roof and attempt to enter through a second-floor window.
