⚬ 1 medium tomato, diced
⚬ 2 teaspoons minced garlic (about 2 cloves)
⚬ 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

⚬ 1 teaspoon ground cumin
⚬ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
⚬ 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
⚬ 4 cups chicken broth
⚬ 1 bay leaf
⚬ 1 (7-ounce can) diced green chiles
INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Cut pork into 1-inch cubes, trimming excess fat, and place in a 6 to 8 quart slow cooker.
2️⃣ Add cubed potatoes, diced carrots, onion, tomato, and minced garlic to the slow cooker.
3️⃣ Season with salt, oregano, cumin, black pepper, and cayenne. Add the bay leaf and pour in chicken broth.
