Local police are promising a heavy presence and a “not in our house” approach as the NBA Finals return for Game 5 tonight, after chaotic scenes in New York raised new questions about fan safety and security. Video from Games 3 and 4 in New York showed fights and vandalism, including incidents involving people in Spurs gear being attacked on the street.
