Leadership with purpose and values | Juvencio Maeztu, CEO of IKEA, at IESE

This morning at IESE Barcelona, we had the opportunity to welcome Juvencio Maeztu, CEO of Ingka Group (Ikea) and IESE Emba alumnus, for a conversation with Dean Franz Heukamp. Juvencio shared how effective leaders ground themselves in purpose, stay committed to improving and surround themselves with people who bring both values and competence.
