Boosting Sales: How We Reorganized Our Real Estate Business in 2020 How Real Estate Saved Us (We’re now Debt Free!) In todays vlog I’ll be sharing with you how real estate pulled us thru in our time of need and even allowed us to thrive. Our Business Story So last 2020, something happened which no one expected or could have predicted. Covid happened. And because of it, the world shut down almost overnight – without any warning. My husband and I were operating gaming cafes then and a coffee shop located in Divisoria, Cagayan de Oro. The businesses were doing ok, especially the gaming café. It was like our baby- something we started together when we were still boyfriend and girlfriend. Since it was doing well, after we got married, we added another branch. We didn’t really have much capital at the time since we were still starting out so we borrowed from the bank and our suppliers so we could put up our 3rd branch. The business was doing well and it was able to pay off our loans every month. And then pandemic happened. We had close our gaming cafes and coffee shops as mandated by the government at the time.
