Day 7: New Zealand to Antarctica. Sea day

It’s day seven of travelling from New Zealand to Antarctica via the NZ sub Antarctics. Things have gotten a little rougher in the ocean but in reality, it’s still very calm for this stretch of water. Last night was a slightly less comfortable sleep but was still fine compared to how spicy things can get here. Today is hopefully our last sea day before we get near enough to Antarctica. We should cross the Antarctic Circle today- my second time doing so on a ship. I saw 3 icebergs yesterday, so we’re definitely heading in the right direction! Exciting times to come!
