On July 26, 1974, life changed forever in Hamilton, Ontario. 4-year-old Cindy Williams was playing on the swings at a local park when she was lured away. Witnesses—other children in the park—watched as she willingly climbed into a black Ford. It would be nearly a year before Cindy was found in a shallow grave in Burlington. Despite the vehicle description and the brazen nature of the abduction, her killer has never been identified. For over 50 years, this case has haunted Hamilton. We are looking for the "one person" who knows something—a family secret, a deathbed confession, or a detail long forgotten.
