Healthy Fusion⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@HealthyFoodFusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@FoodFusionKids Recipe in English Ingredients: -Corn kernels boiled 1 & ½ Cup -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1-2 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2 -Dalda sunflower oil 2 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp -Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp -Dried oregano 1 tsp -Breadcrumbs 4 tbs -Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup -Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup -Breadcrumbs 1 Cup -Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup -Water ¾ Cup or as required -Dalda sunflower oil for frying Directions: -In a chopper,add corn kernels,fresh coriander,green chillies,chop coarsely & set aside. -In frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic & sauté until fragrant. -Add red chilli crushed & mix well. -Add chopped corns & mix well. -Add pink salt,cumin powder,dried oregano,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes. -Let it cool. -Add breadcrumbs,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese & mix well. -Take 25g of mixture & make croquettes of equal size. -In a bowl,add breadcrumbs,in another bowl all-purpose flour,gradually add water & whisk well to make a slurry. -Dip croquettes into the slurry & coat with breadcrumbs (makes 16-18). -flash Freeze for 8-10 hours. Once frozen, store them in a zip lock bag for up to 2 months. -In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy. -Serve with tomato ketchup!
