Blue Flame Afterburners on the SR-71 – The ULTIMATE RC Jet Mod!

The Freewing SR-71 is already one of the most iconic RC jets ever built, and now I’ve taken it a step further with the 5280RC Blue Flame Afterburners installed. Because of the unique design of this model, the LEDs sit far back inside the ducts, which means they aren’t as bright as on other jets. But when you catch it from the right angle, the flames still give off an incredibly cool and realistic effect that really brings the Blackbird to life in the air. This flight had some amazing moments, including one of the craziest landings I’ve ever pulled off with the SR-71. The sleek design, the sound, and the way it slices through the sky make this plane one of the most thrilling EDF jets to fly.
