ALL THIS FOR $91?!

$91 GROCERY HAUL I forgot to include: 1 zucchini/ squash, 1 bag of frozen mini onions and 1 box of pumpkin seeds MONDAY – left overs Random left over from different meals... most likely everyone will be eating something different TUESDAY – Albondigas - Ground beef - Corn - Squash - Potatoes - Carrots - Tomatoes - Mint - the rest of the ingredients/ seasonings I have on hand WEDNESDAY – Ground Beef Bulgogi Bowls - ground beef - cucumbers - the rest of the ingredients/ seasonings I have on hand THURSDAY – Bulgogi Bean Sprout - bean sprouts - scallion - carrots - the rest of the ingredients/ seasonings I have on hand FRIDAY – vietnamese macaroni soup with pork riblets - scallion - cilantro - carrots - potaotes and/ or corn - the rest of the ingredients/ seasonings I have on hand Asparagus, yams, etc are extras… I plan on making side dishes this with these for my husband as part of his dinner. Ex: im going to sauté asparagus and serve with beef bulgogi bowls, cucumbers and kimchi—no rice for him but the kids and I will be eat our bowls with rice
