Description
Two professional Parkour athletes use their climbing skills at great speed to overcome various challenges in their environment. The goal of this video is to highlight a sometimes neglected side of parkour, and to remind us all that what comes down, must go up.
It's been a minute but we're back in 2019 with a concept video. Its really common in parkour videos these days to see people descending down obstacles, either the amazing car park style descents which use rhythmic drops, or the equally epic parkour style descents that use jumping, vaults and rolls.
So we decided we wanted to make a video that was only people going up. Going up stuff really fast. Shane Griffin and Harrison Fernandez put together some rapid ascents for this video, shot between Haverhill and Cambridge.
As with all movement on this channel, the athletes featured are trained professionals who have spent years practicing their skills. If you are interested in parkour, we suggest you find a local tutor to guide you, and insist you stay within your abilities at all times.
