Mcdonald's Big Mac VS Homemade Big Mac!

I tried to recreate the McDonald’s Big Mac completely from scratch… including the Big Mac sauce, to see if I could actually make it better. From building the burger layer by layer to dialing in the sauce, I wanted to get as close as possible — and then put it to the test with a real side-by-side taste test against the original. Same look, same idea… but does homemade actually win? Let me know which one you think would be better… and what I should try to remake next.
