I’ve been suffering from perimenopause over 10 years not even knowing what it was but the last year now we’ve just been adjusting all of my hormone replacement therapy and it’s been an absolute nightmare… Brain fog Memory loss Anxiety attack attacks Extreme extreme fatigue That I mentioned debilitating fatigue Excruciating hip pain Excruciating lower back cramps Major moodiness Anger And this goes on…. The first answer was in Dubai. The doctors were able to determine I was in perimenopause and no, I have no idea what it was because women are only taught about menopause the day. Your period stops…. No one has ever talked to us about perimenopause! Testosterone and estrogen progesterone! These have been my worst nightmare and my best friends 🤣 We made one adjustment yesterday and I have no idea if that is the missing little key the missing little puzzle…. I was expecting 90 days to see any results but holy moly cannoli if it literally took that one little tweak and I woke up feeling back to 21 years old today….
