Let's rock our legs and deep core muscles in our core today! This workout format is 45 seconds of work and the supersets will focus on a slower strength exercise and a powerful explosive exercise. Make sure you feel a difference in how you're moving between the strength exercise and the explosive power move, we are testing our strength in different ways today!
WORKOUT FORMAT
• Warm Up
• 45 seconds work
• 15 seconds rest
• 18 exercises
• Cool Down
Exercises:
Front Squats (I used 2 25lb DBs)
Squat tap downs
Step Ups (I used 2 25lb DBs)
Box/riser jumps
Deficit lunges ( I used 20lb DB's)
Stabilizer jumps (this can be on the floor, onto a riser, or onto a box)
Glute bridge (I used a 50lb DB)
Kb swing ( I used a 35lb KB)
Deadbugs (I used 5lb DB's)
Hollow hold
Plank Sliders (Toes)
Plank Sliders (Hands)
Lateral agility
