Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 1 tsp
-Adrak (Ginger) finely chopped 1 tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 small
-Mushrooms chopped ¼ Cup
-Chicken qeema (Mince) 200g
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Dried oregano 1 pinch
-Chicken powder ½ tsp
-Dried parsley 1 pinch
-Doodh (Milk) 3-4 tbs
-Cream 3 tbs
-Palak (Spinach) chiffonade ½ Cup
-Puff pastry 500g
-Mozzarella cheese grated as required
-Anda (Egg) whisked
-Til (Sesame seeds) black & white
-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
-Sriracha sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 pinch
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
Directions:
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic,mix well & sauté for a minute.
-Add ginger & mix well.
-Add onion,mix well & sauté until translucent.
-Add mushrooms,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add chicken mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add black pepper crushed,pink salt,dried oregano,chicken powder,dried parsley & mix well
-Add milk,cream,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add spinach,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Let it cool.
-Sprinkle dry flour & roll out puff pastry with the help of rolling pin then cut into 8x8 square piece then cut into 4 parts (4x4 inches).
-Add prepared chicken filling (1 tbs) & mozzarella cheese then fold & seal all sides to make a pyramid shape & freeze for 1 hour (makes 8-10).
-Freeze for 1 Hour before Baking.
-You can also store them for up to 1 month in the freezer. Do not thaw before baking.
-Apply egg wash & sprinkle sesame seeds.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes.
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,siracha sauce,black pepper crushed,pink salt,lemon juice,fresh parsley & mix well.
-Serve chicken pyramids with prepared sauce!
