In this video, we complete the final part of the Toyota 2UZ engine disassembly. The engine has been fully stripped including pistons, crankshaft, piston rings, oil pan, and bearings.
This engine was not suffering from any major internal damage. The main issue was excessive oil consumption, so we decided to perform a complete teardown for inspection and future overhaul.
All major components including the crankshaft, pistons, and bearings are carefully removed and inspected. The crankshaft is shown in good condition with no visible damage.
This series is part of a full engine rebuild process, and the next step will be engine inspection and overhaul preparation.
