Description
These STRAWBERRY PEANUT BUTTER OVERNIGHT OATS are a warm-weather must-make.
They are sweet, creamy, and so satisfying — plus they are quick and easy to make.
Here’s what you do:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2-3 drops liquid stevia
1 tablespoon all-natural peanut butter
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/3 cup chopped strawberries, fresh or frozen
Combine all of the ingredients in a mason jar or bowl, mixing until everything is well incorporated (be sure to stir in the peanut butter to be sure it thoroughly mixes through all of the oats).
Pop on the lid or cover, and place in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours, preferably overnight, until your oats are cold and creamy. Top with extra strawberries and peanut butter, if desired and enjoy.
NOTE: Want more protein? Add a half scoop of your favorite protein powder as well.
