As holiday shopping ramps up in Houston, HPD and Uptown Houston leaders share simple steps to stay safe in some of the city’s busiest retail areas. Captain David Coleman of HPD's Robbery Division encourages anyone who sees suspicious activity to avoid intervening and, instead, contact an officer in the area.
