This is the New Wilson ZT putter in my torque finder . Although I think Wilson have been doing an incredible job in most departments over the years recently I think their putters still maybe need a bit more focus for my liking . When I heard that they were launching a ZT I was really looking forward to seeing how they turned out . Between the two models this one was my favourite with the other head style looking really small behind the ball and kind of being counter intuitive to what ZT options offer with their design being made for max forgiveness . I think this style would have potentially looked better being made a bit bigger as well like most other ZTs - if you think about the size of Labs, jailbirds and the spider ZT they’re all really large heads giving the user more confidence and forgiveness which is what they’re mostly designed for . That being said with the milled face on this it feels really good to roll and the shape itself looks nice behind the ball and sits well too. I just think it would have looked better being maybe 25% larger but maybe that’s just me, what do you think, have you tried one? . At £199 they are a really good option though if you do want to experiment with a zero torque model . I will be comparing them to the vice and maybe 1 or 2 other similar price ones soon . I thought it would have stayed a bit more square in the device.
