📌 RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
Ingredients:
1 head of cabbage
Milk — 300 ml
Water — 500 ml + 2 cups for the sauce
Mushrooms — 320 g
Rice — 1 cup
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
Tomato paste — 2 tbsp + 2 tsp for the sauce
2 garlic cloves
Dill, parsley, oregano
Salt, black pepper, paprika
Olive oil — 30 ml
Preparation:
Boil the cabbage in milk and water for 20 minutes.
Sauté onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms with spices.
Add tomato paste and cook for 10 minutes.
Mix in rice, herbs, and garlic — the filling is ready.
Roll the cabbage leaves and place them in a baking dish.
Pour tomato sauce over the rolls and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
