Description
See what it’s like to find then get STUNG by a freshwater stonefish!
In this video I'm back in Australia to show you where freshwater stonefish live, and how they defend themselves with venomous spines. Then I will do the unthinkable and test the venom on myself to see just how bad this sting is vs the other toxic fish I’ve encountered before.
Make no mistake, this is a very painful sting and I can’t stress enough that I’m a professional performing a controlled test. DO NOT try to recreate this video. Stonefish stings have the potential to be life threatening to certain individuals.
Big thanks to Miller Wilson for helping our team locate and understand the Freshwater Stonefish! https://www.youtube.com/@UCsQ7HxUm6dOG4T3SKUnoHgw
