Invasive Japanese beetle a costly conundrum for Kamloops groundskeepers

An invasive Japanese Beetle is threatening the health of turf fields in Kamloops, B.C. The city has put a second quarantine zone in place to try and stamp out the spread of the plant-eating pest.
