Just a phone, a small camera, and a conscience that won't let them stop. I am Umur Birand. I was a journalist. Now I drive these people to Silivri. On the way there I ask: Why are you still doing this? How do you pay your bills? What does your family think? At the courthouse I watch them work. With phone cameras. With their own resources. With no institution behind them. On the way back I ask one question — the same question, to every journalist, at the end of every long day: Is this the lowest point of journalism — or the highest ever? This documentary is not political. It does not take sides. It is not about the verdict. It is not about who is right and who is wrong. It is about people who love their work and are willing to risk everything for it.
