Data-Driven Deep Foundation Work - LRH 200 | Liebherr

Liebherr provides machinery and digital solutions for deep foundation applications. The LRH 200 combines powerful piling technology with advanced data recording on this extensive piling project in Denmark. The piling rig installs around 1,100 precast piles for two new production buildings. Its 10-tonne hammer, flexible working radii and robust design make the rig a suitable solution for this project. All machine and process data are continuously recorded. The piles are driven against soil resistance, and load-bearing capacity is verified through sensor measurements directly on the pile. With PDA Edge, pile testing can be performed remotely for the first time. All data flows into the digital construction management platform MyJobsite, where machine, process and project data are centrally consolidated.
