World Vision - Our History and Mission

For over 70 years, World Vision has lived out its Christian faith through every action, project, and relationship. At the core of our mission is a commitment to follow Jesus’ example—being a tangible expression of God’s love by serving those in need, especially vulnerable children. We serve children regardless of faith, working alongside pastors and Christian leaders to strengthen their ministries. By empowering these leaders, together we help make communities safer and more nurturing for children to thrive. Serving others is our calling, and as we reflect on seven decades of impact, we remain dedicated to sharing God’s love and building a better future for children and families in need.
