The $3000 Nvidia TITAN V From 2017 - 90% Cheaper, But Is It Still a Gaming Beast?

I love a TITAN graphics card and even though they were never marketed or targeted towards gamers, they sure can pump out solid frame rates, at least from what we've seen in the past.
