What Is Sukuna's Disaster Level?

The final act of Jujutsu Kaisen’s Culling Game would open with Sukuna enacting a 200 chapter plan to regain his agency in the world as a calamity. After using enchain to take over Yuji’s body & transfer his fingers into Megumi’s body; he’d possess him and go on a 50+ chapter run of single-handedly decimating many of Jujutsu Kaisen’s strongest combatants such as Ryu Ishigori, a man who can launch energy blasts that are easily capable of destroying multiple buildings, Gojo Satoru, who’s able to launch cannons of imaginary mass that can destroy cities all the while manipulating space to a level that renders him untouchable, and so many more. Sukuna truly lived up to his name as an unstoppable disaster in the world of Jujutsu Kaisen; so this allows me to ask, what if you were to place Sukuna in the world of One Punch Man? Would Sukuna be able to cause as much havoc as he did in Jujutsu Kaisen in the world of One Punch Man? More importantly, what would the disaster level of this human calamity be? Would he just be another run of the mill Tiger monster that even an A rank can handle easily, or would he be on the level of the Cadres that require high level fighters such as Flashy Flash & Darkshine to defeat?
