HOW TO COOK GOOD POLISH PIEROGI? BOILED OR FRIED?

I this video I will be cooking popular polish food known as Pierogi possibly on my YouTube live but I wanted to find out from the Poles what is the best way to prepare it with all the nessacry ingerdients to enhanve the flavours, so I went straight to a Polish shop for some advice and reccomendations which was not hard. I was greeted with such welcoming customer service also really helpfull and I was able to have more of an understanding how Polish people cook Peirogi although everyone has a different way of preparing.
