INGREDIENTS

Tomato Sauce
Roasted garlic oil
½ yellow onion, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
Salt, to taste
For Assembly
Shell pasta, cooked al dente
Grated Parmesan cheese
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Paprika (for topping)
Fresh basil, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Make the meat filling:
Sauté onion and garlic in a pan until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in tomato paste, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add tomato sauce and let everything simmer together for a few minutes. Set aside.
Prepare the tomato sauce:
In a separate pan, heat roasted garlic oil and sauté chopped onion until soft and fragrant. Add tomato sauce and salt. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Cook the pasta:
Boil shell pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Assemble:
Spread a layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Stuff each shell with the meat filling and arrange in the dish. Spoon remaining tomato sauce over the shells.
Cheese & bake:
Sprinkle Parmesan, mozzarella, and a little more Parmesan on top. Finish with a light sprinkle of paprika.
