Veggie low-calorie Pizza Recipe: Pizza dough: 1 cauliflower, 1 egg (vegan 1 spoon of olive oil and 1 spoon of chia seeds) 1 scoop FIBER HUSK (Psyllium seed husk I think in English) Add the spices you like. MIX TOGETHER TOMATO SAUCE: Crushed tomatoes, Stevia Ketchup, Garlic TOPPING: Basil, Tofu, Mushrooms, Zucchini, Ruccola, Mini Tomatoes VOLUME FOOD Veggies: When we are low in calories.. the only thing we can think about is food, am I right?! So, to make this all easier, we are gonna use VOLUME FOOD to make the plate bigger but still stay low in calories. I personally love to have a big plate in front of me. This always helps me mentally and it’s a bit like you are eating with your eyes. ALSO... To eat food that takes time to eat is a good thing. You can feel satisfied with a big plate of food at the same time as you feel full after you´ve eaten. List of great volume food in my opinion: Carrots - Cauliflower - Zucchini - Broccoli - Pumpkin - Salad - Tomato - Cucumber - Asparagus - Sugar snaps - Bell pepper - Mushrooms - REd onion List of volume food Snack: - Blueberries - Raspberries - Strawberries - Watermelon List of “HEAVIER” LOW CARBS: (Personally faves) - Potatoes - Sweet Potatoes - Parsnips List of LOW FAT, HIGH PROTEIN: - Chicken - Egg whites - Lean Beef - Turkey - Fish - Low-fat dairy. COMMON MISTAKES: Drinking the calories instead of eating - Soda - Fruit Juice - Coffee with cream/sugar FOOD DISTRIBUTIONS: Personally I would recommend staying consistent with your nutrition in a daily basis. Which means that when your eating between hours you are gonna keep your hunger under control and you are giving your body new energy through food during the whole day. WHICH ALSO is gonna help you keep your metabolism running. This works really good for me. AND.. stay hydrated all day!! DRINK WATER. List of 3 FAT SOURCES I RECOMMEND: 1. Nuts 2. Avocado 3. Salmon You are what you eat! That´s a fact. I´m NOT saying that you should ONLY eat this food all day every day! It´s all about balance in life!!
