He was one of very first person who Researched and Studies the art of Jeet Kune Do from Various Sources and from different International Masters in 1980s. Later, He combined these JKD knowledge with his previous martial arts history and other traditional Vietnamese martial arts which intent to make them more suitable for Vietnamese people. He also created many Nunchakus Forms with many practical striking techniques for learning purposes. His students like Sifu Claudius Chen or next Generations like Master Troy can remember all nunchakus striking techniques easier which based on these forms.
