This is Truly Nuts!

I am stumped as to the cause of this orchitis, I hate to admit stooping to such a weak differential but I really think this bull may have been bitten by a tiger snake right on the scrotum and into one testicle. When I first visited the bull and prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatories, it was apparent both the testicle and the ventral aspect of his right scrotum were affected and it was likely that the skin would eventually slough. The inflammation at that time was too great to attempt castration. This video is at revisit, and the inflammation was much reduced, allowing me the chance to operate. The bulls testicles were desensitized, but he could still sense me “manipulating” his scrotum. Cheers!
