Then lower the flame and let it cook for another 15-20 mins. We need the mutton to be very tender. Then transfer to another pot. Meanwhile.. Grind- 15-20 Almonds (Peeled) 15-20 Cashews 1 Cup Milk 750ml Water Add this to the mutton along with 1/3 Cup Curd 1/3 Cup Fresh Cream - Optional 750 ml water Final Garnishings- 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala Powder ½ Tsp Crushed Black Pepper Fresh Coriander You can add more water to this and adjust consistency.
