Description

For more information, contact volunteer Lisa at [email protected] #A5772596 Meet Dante, a 1-year-old Alaskan Malamute who looks like he walked straight off a Disney movie set! With his fluffy white coat dusted in soft greys and blacks and those gentle, soulful eyes, he’s almost too cute to be real. Dante is a total social butterfly - sweet, playful, and happiest when he’s romping around with his doggy friends. He’s still learning the ropes of polite play, but he’s trying his best and proves every day what a good boy he is. Smart and eager to please, Dante already knows “sit,” “shake,” and “down,” and with a little continued training, he’ll shine even brighter. This dreamy pup is ready to bring love, fun, and a whole lot of fluff into his forever home! Will that be with you? -1 year old white and black Alaskan Malamute -57 pound neutered male -may need the standard round of shots and preventatives before he can go home with you, but the shelter can likely help with this! -came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 4/27/26 as an owner surrender, but we have no reason given and no idea why, as Dante has shown us he’s the bestest of boys! -super sweet and social, likes to play with other pups, but doesn’t really know how quite yet -smart dog that already knows several commands, so should be a quick study for additional training and socialization United Hope for Animals is not a facility. Our volunteer Adoption Coordinators help facilitate adoptions of shelter pets. United Hope for Animals supports rescue, spay/neuter and networking of shelter pets to increase their chances of adoption. UHA is not a shelter, but supports shelters to help increase visibility of animals who might not otherwise be seen.
