Canada's auditor general has confirmed there will be an audit into programs meant to end the crisis of missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls. Conservative MP Billy Morin shared the letter he received from Karen Hogan on Tuesday. MMIWG families had recently written Morin and other government officials calling for an audit and for MMIWG money to be redistributed from certain national organizations.
