It's been a ripper of a journey, a journey I learnt a lot on. Uh, and it's a journey I'm terribly glad that I took. I started, uh, the program at 103.5 kilos. I'm now 87.7 kilos and feeling a whole lot better for it. The spare tyre around the gut has predominantly, uh, gone, dissipated, disappeared; energy levels are up.
