How Much Did This Mountain Snow Rescue Cost? (he couldn't believe it)

Some people spend their weekends relaxing… meanwhile I’m driving a 1954 Willys Wagon deep into the mountains chasing a stranded couple who thought “that little patch of snow” probably wasn’t a big deal. Spoiler alert: it was a big deal. After some late season snow swallowed their truck miles from civilization, I loaded up the old Willys, grabbed a Yankum rope, and headed up the mountain to see if questionable vehicles and poor decision making could somehow save the day once again. By the end of it, he was probably mentally preparing to refinance his house just to pay for getting rescued out of a snowbank. But in the end… the bill was FREE. Because honestly, helping good people out when they’re in a bad spot is what this channel has always been about. Sure, we joke around, break old equipment, and occasionally question our life choices… but being able to use these old trucks and equipment to genuinely help people is the whole reason I love doing this.
