Downtown Regina businesses urge people not to give up on city's core

Downtown Regina businesses are asking people not to give up on the area as construction on 11th Avenue heads into its third year. Part of a four-year revitalization project to replace aging infrastructure and sidewalks, it's expected to be done in 2027.
