I Fixed the 450MT High RPMs Problem | CFMOTO 450MT 15th Front Sprocket Before & After! IBEX450 Mod

With over 40 horsepower, the 450 MT is a much better entry-level ADV bike for handling highway speeds and long-distance touring. Since I’m prepping for a big trip, I want to make it even better for the highway. In its stock form, I always felt like the engine revved way too high. Check out my speedo—at 110 km/h (the legal limit), the RPMs sit around 7,000, and if I speed up to overtake, it climbs to near redline. After a while, the noise and buzzing vibration at high RPMs started to get annoying, so I decided to try a 15-tooth front sprocket to fix it.
