Working Construction While Training for an Ironman (A Week in the Life)

This is a full week in my life, as a carpenter on the tools as I start to train towards my first ever Ironman! I kept the camera on me and filmed everything I did, from the runs and rides, to filming and editing the videos I make! I filmed this video back in January (when the weather was a lot warmer) and this is one of the first weeks in my training, as the months go on, the hours and distances for the training are going to increase.
