In a pan add butter and garlic saute for a mnt now add cream give it a good mix add k&ns stock cube,water cook for 2-3 mnts now add salt ,pepper,cheddar cheese mix it well.add boiled pasta and give it a good mix. Fry k&ns haray bharay nuggets as per instructions on the pack. Cut  in half. In a dish add pasta. top with halved nuggets ,drizzle honey glaze on it. Garnish with parmesan cheese and chopped parsley .
