Did you know the incredible transformation of the Orange Vélodrome? It first opened in 1937… almost 90 years ago. The stadium was renovated in 1984 and again in 1998… But the real revolution came in 2016. A massive 6,000-ton roof was added, completely changing the look of the stadium. The entire venue was radically modernized, turning it into one of the most impressive stadiums in Europe. Today it holds 67,394 fans… and the redevelopment cost around €300 million. But it’s not over yet, plans are already in place for another upgrades. The Orange Vélodrome keeps evolving.
